Our socials are held at the Rialto Square Theatre or other Chicago Area Venues.

Donnie Rankin The JATOE Board, after much discussion, has decided that effective May 5th, there will be a $10 donation for all guests 17 and over to attend this and all future socials. If you become a member at any social, the $10 will be credited toward your membership dues if you join at that social. It is our membership that pays the organist fee, table setup and tear down at the theater, decorations, beverages and anything else JATOE requires to operate including maintenance of the organ. While JATOE has always welcomed guests, due to declining membership and rising costs, this has become a necessary action to help defray expenses. Lately the guest sign-in sheet has had more signatures than the membership sign-in sheet. The Board regrets having to take this action, but it has become necessary. Dues at the May 5th Social will be prorated for a half year, at $20. All memberships renew every January at the current rate. A member’s family living in the same household are also considered members and will not be charged.
